Passive Home Ground Breaking
Passive houses are so energy-efficient they can save up to 90% in heating costs.
We’re excited to announce that B-Line Construction has broken ground on its newest Denver Passive House project.
B-Line Construction Services is focused on building in such a way that we provide our clients with finished projects that are high- quality, energy-efficient, and inexpensive to maintain.
This is why Bryan Williams, owner of B-Line Construction Services, is so passionate about his company’s new Passive Home Build.
“We are proud to be working with the homeowners on this project, who have such vision and regard for the climate and healthy living, as well as our amazing team of architects, trades, and consultants.”, says the Owner of B-Line Construction, Bryan Williams.
Two such companies that the B-Line Team is honored to be working with are, Shape Architecture, a Denver-based firm focused on sustainability, climate & culture, and EMU Systems, our energy consultants who believe in resiliency and building for the future.

What is a Passive House?
German: (Passivhaus)
The energy efficiency in a building, which reduces the building’s ecological footprint. The focal point of a Passive House is to minimize air leakage from the property.
How is this accomplished?
Passive houses are designed with super-insulation, high-performance windows, an airtight envelope that minimizes energy consumption while providing thermal comfort to its residents.
